FAQs

What is Impact Through Inspiration?

Impact Through Inspiration is an ideathon-style competition that empowers youths to address current social issues through their innovative solutions. This year 2023, Impact Through Inspiration offers a Learning Journey, on top of short, intensive workshops for participants to not only gain substantial insights into the theme, but also first-hand experience in interacting with their target community.

How do I know if my team has been shortlisted?

An email confirmation will be sent to your team leader by 3 June 2023 if your team is shortlisted.

How many teams will we be competing with?

We will be shortlisting 20 teams to proceed to the next stage of the Impact Through Inspiration and 10 teams to proceed to the finalist phase.

How many submission rounds will be there?

After the initial short write-up submission, the top 20 teams will be selected based on the judging rubrics. These teams undergo training in the form of workshops and panel talk discussions. The selected teams will then be required to submit a proposal for preliminary judging. Thereafter, the top 10 teams will be selected as finalist teams and proceed to the final stage of the Ideathon. These 10 finalist teams will attend the pitching on 17 June 2023.

Will meals be provided?

Yes! We will be providing lunch and refreshments on days that require physical attendance (10,11 & 17 June).
